Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are still together and suing a London tabloid for claiming that they were planning to split.

The couple’s lawyer Keith Schillings tells BBC News that Brad and Angelina have begun legal proceedings against the News of The World tabloid, which reported Jan. 24 that the two had agreed to divide their assets and made arrangements for the custody of their six children.

Schillings tells the BBC that the tabloid report contained “false and intrusive allegations” and that the paper failed to meet a demand for a retraction and apology for the article which was “widely republished by mainstream news outlets.”

Schillings says Sorrell Trope, a Los Angeles divorce lawyer identified by some publications as advising the two, denied claims that he had been in contact with the couple. “I have had no contact from… Angelina Jolie and / or Brad Pitt,” Trope said in a statement. “I have never met… your clients or had any involvement with either of them. The foregoing is true with respect to all other members of this firm.”

Radaronline.com is reporting that Lindsay Lohan and Sam Ronson’s relationship has taken a turn towards violence.

Although Lindsay appeared to have moved on from her tumultuous relationship with girlfriend Ronson, the two have been spotted out at the same clubs recently and as we had blogged they fought so badly one night that Lindsay threw a drink in Sam’s face.

“One time I saw her [Lindsay] and she had a large welt on her head,”a  source close to both of them told RadarOnline.com. “She told me that Sam beat the (bleep) out of her.” “She also said that Sam even punched and choked her one time.”

The fact that Lindsay and Sam live in the same building probably doesn’t help the situation any. After the break-in at her Hollywood Hills home, Lindsay moved into an apartment in West Hollywood. Shortly after, Samantha moved in. The source tells RadarOnline.com that Ronson regularly comes over using a key she has to Lindsay’s apartment.

“It’s so twisted. They’re not together, but they are,” said the source. “I never thought I’d ever say this, but I really do feel sorry for Lindsay. She is just lost. She’s alone. She has no friends to turn to.”

Lindsay’s father Michael Lohan has repeatedly expressed concern that Lindsay’s behavior is being negatively effected by the prescription drugs she’s taking and that she is taking too many.

Radaronline is reporting that Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie took their oldest son Maddox to Miami to cheer on the New Orleans Saints in the Super Bowl. Brad and Maddox have been spotted at Saints games before, but this is the first time mom Angelina has joined her boys at a game.

Brad and Angie were seen hugging and kissing, trying to put to rest the rumors about their relationship being on the rocks, as their team defeated the Indianapolis Colts. The couple hugged and kissed while watching the New Orleans team come back in the second quarter for a stunning victory. Angelina raised her arms in victory as the team won the game.

Since giving birth to her son, Mason on December 14th, Kourtney Kardashian is trying to get back to her pre-pregnancy weight. “I actually gained 40 lbs. I lost 25, so I still have 15 to go,” she said on Jimmy Kimmel Live! Thursday.

The 30-year-old Kardashian Twittered Wednesday, “I’m in no rush to lose my pregnancy weight.”

She recently slammed tabloid OK! for retouching her body so she appeared thinner on the cover. “They doctored and Photoshopped my body to make it look like I have already lost all the weight, which I have not,” she seethed to Women’s Wear Daily.

Kourtney’s mother Kris Jenner told UsMagazine.com she hopes to help her daughter get back in shape using QuickTrim (for which Kim and Khloe are spokespeople). “I’m going to do it with Kourtney,” Jenner told Us last year. “Kourtney is going to do it for after the baby. We are very excited.”

It is good to see a celebrity not trying to push herself to loose weight so quickly after having a baby. She is more focused on spending time with her new baby than worrying about what people think about her weight.

The request from the material girl’s kids isn’t a surprising one.  Most children who watch their parents get a divorce usually always want to try their best to get their parents back together.  The only interesting thing about this request is, Madonna and Guy Ritchie might be considering getting back together according to Ok Magazine.

Since Madonna is now recently single, the pleading has only gotten louder from her children. Their sons, Rocco, nine, and adopted David Banda, four, have told their parents they want a settled home life.  Both said they desperately missed their mother over Christmas when she flew them to London to be with Ritchie.  But when they returned to Madonna’s home in New York they complained of missing their dad.

A source close to Madonna said: “Both Guy and Madonna hated the way it all ended.”  This doesn’t mean they will end up back together but thinking about it is a big step

Finally Carrie Prejean is getting some good news of her own, she is engaged to be married.  The former beauty pageant contestant is engaged to St Louis Rams Quarterback Kyle Boller.  A source tells E! that the two decided to make their whirlwind romance official Saturday in Prejean’s hometown of San Diego—where the Rams QB also has a house and spends time during the off-season.

Since leaving the pageant Carrie’s luck had changed for the worst.  First she felt she was wrong because of her pageant answer where she said a marriage is between a man and a woman, instead of two same sex people.  She also got in trouble when topless pictures of her made it to the net.  To make matters worse there was a sex video staring just her, which she made for her then boyfriend.

Lately Carrie has kept a low profile, but it is good that we can add her and beau Kyle Boller to the list of couples engaged to be married in 2010.
