Dennis Hopper’s Wife Gets Nothing According To His PreNup

Yesterday Dennis Hopper filed for a restraining order against his wife Victoria Hopper and it was granted.  His wife can’t be within 10 yards of him, because according to his doctor, his wife is making him sicker.

The couple has filed for divorce but according to the prenup, Victoria gets nothing.  Also based on the prenup she has to move out of the family home in 30 days, but if they have a child together which they do then it is extended to 60 days.

Dennis keeps all his property — which includes a house and a condo in Venice, a building in New Mexico on 320 acres, land in Arizona and a number of other properties.  He will also keep his huge collection of fine arts worth over $2.5 million, including a $350,000 painting by Jean-Michel Basquiat.

The only things Victoria gets to have are things she owned before the marriage.  She gets to keep her separate property — including two computers, two bookcases full of books, a 1973 VW Karmann Ghia, and her grandma’s furniture.  This has to be one of the worst prenups I have ever seen, I am not sure how her lawyer didn’t talk her out of signing such an agreement that leaves her with nothing after 14 years of marriage.

The only thing she will be getting from Dennis will only be child support since their young daughter will be staying with her.
