Sean Penn Charged With Battery And Vandalism

Last fall while Sean Penn was out doing his thing in Brentwood, CA a relentless photographer kept taking his picture. The photographer got close to the Oscar winner and Sean let his anger get the better of him.

Unfortunately for Sean the whole event was caught on camera, as he kicked the Photographer and his equipment. Thanks to the footage that captured Sean in action, the DA with be charging Sean Penn with battery and vandalism. They are both misdemeanor offenses, so if convicted Sean could spend up to 18 months in Jail, and no he wouldn’t get conjugal visits from Madonna. Just in case you were wondering.

Sean joins the latest of many male celebs that have gotten violent with photographers.
