Charlie Sheen Is Getting Out Of Rehab To Resume Taping Of His Show

It seems all it takes to get rehabilitated from drug and alcohol addiction, especially if you’re a repeat offender, is just a few weeks in rehab. Well, that is if you are Charlie Sheen.

Charlie will be out of rehab, to resume taping of his show Two and a Half Men, on March 19th.

The popular CBS show was suspended after Sheen checked into a rehab on February 24. He had resumed drinking alcohol and was using cocaine.

Sheen’s show will resume taping on March 19. While he is in rehab his wife Brooke Mueller is also being treated for crack addiction and alcoholism. She bolted from two rehabs and is receiving treatment at home.

And if that isn’t enough pressure the actor also has a March 15 date at Pitkin County Court in Colorado in connection with the domestic violence incident that led to his arrest on Christmas.

Chief Deputy Attorney Arnold Mordkin has said he will turn down any plea deal that does not involve a felony.

Sheen is facing one felony and two misdemeanor charges regarding the incident when he allegedly held a knife to wife Brooke Mueller’s throat and threatened to kill her.

The star’s lawyer, Richard Cummins, said that he would not accept any felony charge.

Sources say that Mordkin is following the lead of Judicial District Attorney Martin Beeson who has “declared war on sexual crimes in his three-county district” in Colorado.

Even though Sheen is one of Hollywood’s biggest names, the source said Mordkin is concerned that “one of these days someone’s going to get killed” and he’s determined to “send a message that we as a community do not tolerate this type of behavior”.

Bosses at CBS will be praying that Sheen can finally clean-up his act and that he can over-come his legal woes – Two And A Half Men is one of their most popular shows and is a cash cow for the network – Sheen earns a whooping $900,000 an episode

So, for the troubled actor the stakes have never been higher.
