Heidi Montag’s surgeon is saying enough, to the MTV reality star.  Dr. Frank Ryan, who performed, 10 procedures on Heidi in November thinks the reality star doesn’t need any more surgeries. 

Since Heidi Montag had several surgeries to completely change the way she looked, there have been several stories about her and her new hot body and people’s feelings about the way she looks. Well, it seems that she is now ready to show off all that was surgically enhanced.
