A photo of Kim Kardashian and Dallas Cowboy star Miles Austin was finally snapped. The relationship which is close to a month old seems to be on the right track as the couple was snapped while on an outing.

The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star and the jock — apparently a New York Yankees fan — dined at STK restaurant to celebrate his birthday, which was Wednesday, then hit a lounge and headed back to their hotel in a cab at about 2:30am.

Just a few hours later, Kim was looking glam as usual when she appeared at Madame Tussauds in Times Square for the unveiling of her wax figure.

Well hopefully Miles is okay with Kim’s past when it comes to videos.  The video that she made with Ray J seemed to be the deal breaker when it came time for Reggie Bush to try and go the next step with Kim.

Honestly we don’t blame him, but we just wondered why it took him such a long time to decide the video was an issue. But as of now, Kim is doing fine. Tweets of her in bikinis have gone down, which just means she has finally found a man, and as of now, she seems happy with her new football player.

We live in a world now, where all people want to do is discuss who in Hollywood has the best bodies, and we won’t lie, we do it here too at Celeb Tea.  But we do it, because that is what you readers want to read. With all this pressure Hollywood men and women are constantly going under the knife to try and fix some apparent flaw.

When the celebs aren’t cutting themselves up, they are revealing some quick diet that helped them lose weight.  So with all the craziness going on, we welcome ‘Mad Men’ star Christina Hendricks.  Christina is a curvy woman, and she loves it, and we love her for that.  Honestly, there is nothing better than a woman who actually has the right curves to every part of her body, compared to a woman whose ribs are always exposed.

Christina talked to Health magazine and she revealed to them, “The first time I went to Italy, I was having cappuccinos every day, and I gained 15 pounds. And I felt gorgeous!” she told the magazine. “I would take my clothes off in front of the mirror and be like, ‘Oh, I look like a woman.’ And I felt beautiful, and I never tried to lose it, ’cause I loved it…I could sit down with a bag of chips and French onion dip and go to town!” she joked to the magazine. ”That would be on my last-supper list.”

So I guess, the real question is, why is everyone so weight crazy?  We know it is good to stay fit, but there is a thin line between fit and drastically skinny, which most women in Hollywood are.  The big problem now is, most teenage girls are looking up to these women and wanting to be like them that in the next 15 years, a majority of American women will either be plastic, or sticking their hands down their throats to lose weight.

Hopefully Christina is helping curb that trend.  There is nothing wrong with having meat on your bones and eating what you please.  Yes, you have to eat certain things in moderation, but ladies, stop trying to be Kim Kardashian, Heidi Montag or any other woman out there who feels she has to be perfect.

For such an eloquent speaker, actor Mel Gibson can’t stop using the wrong words. Just back in 2006, the actor was caught on tape making disparaging remarks to Jews after a DUI stop. Now Mel might be in trouble again with the public.

During a screaming match with his baby mama, which she recorded (smart woman), Mel called Oksana Grigorieva some very strong words.  “You look like a f*cking pig in heat and if you get raped by a pack of niggers it will be your fault.”

We are not sure where Mel got his sentiment from, about a pack of ’Niggers’ raping women, but we are sure somewhere is that head of his is a racist and an evil individual just waiting to pop out.

He also continued on the tape by calling the mother of his child a “whore” and a “cunt.”  The actor also added, ”How dare you act like such a bitch when I have been so f**king nice.  I am going to come and burn the f**king house down… but you will blow me first.”

The two are currently embroiled in a custody battle and the tapes have been submitted to the judge, hopefully he or she isn’t black or Mel might be in some serious trouble.

Ever since the Jew incident, Mel’s career has taken a hit, but after the recent events as of late, it does beg the question, will you readers spend your hard earned money to watch a racist and alleged woman beater?

Honestly, we thought Tiger Woods was a competitor but apparently the man prefers to fold like a lawn chair.  His scorned wife Elin Woods is taking him to the cleaners and he seems to find comfort in bending over and just taking it.

According to multiple sources who have spoken to People, Tiger is trying to quiet his wife, from interviews or book deals and because of that, his divorce is about to be one of the costliest in history.

But Elin isn’t just taking Tiger’s money, no no no, she also doesn’t want Tiger to ever bring any of his lady friends around the children unless he decides to marry her. Lol, wow Tiger we thought you had a big bite to go with your name, but we guessed wrong.  When this is all over, we think it is safe if people stopped calling you Tiger and just call you your real name from now on, Eldrick Tont Woods.

Tiger, we know your wife has secrets she could share, but honestly, we doubt a private person like Elin, who is ready to move to Sweden to get away from the media circus, would start going on talk shows to blast the father of her children.  Even if she did that, it would be more embarrassing to her than it will be for you, because the truth is, when your husband has sex with that many women, then obviously, you failed as a wife.

So with all that said, Tiger will probably have to pony up over $700 Million and he will get limited visitation with the kids, as long as his whores aren’t around.  At least that is the deal Tiger and Elin’s lawyers are currently hashing out.

Hopefully other sports, movie and music stars out there are watching this scenario.  If you know you can’t keep it in your pants, then don’t get married, and if you do, you better have your wife sign a strong prenuptial agreement, or you could end up like Tiger Woods Eldrick Tont Woods.

Jeremy London is really pissed at his family.  Ever since the whole kidnapping thing went down, the former ‘Party Of Five’ star has been butting heads with his mom and Twin brother.  They both don’t believe Jeremy’s story, and we would have to say we don’t either.  They have given interviews that would work in the defense’s favor when the alleged kidnapper finally does goes to trial, but now Jeremy is trying to put a stop to all that.

On Wednesday, Jeremy asked a court to issue an injunction prohibiting his mother, his twin brother and his brother’s fiancé from giving any interviews about him, the Associated Press reports. London claims the interviews are hurting his career and reputation.

The actor also claims the interviews are interfering with the police investigation surrounding his alleged kidnapping several weeks ago. “The detective in charge of the investigation is concerned that the media frenzy caused by the actions of the defendants will compromise his investigation into the criminal matter,” the lawsuit said.

We are not sure Jeremy has anything left in both departments (Career and reputation), but who are we to judge.  But one thing is clear, Jeremy is moving on with this kidnapping case no matter who believes him.

Their romance didn’t last long, so now it is time for them to get naked and show us what they are working with.  Vienna Girardi has revealed to Star Magazine that, the show The Bachelor didn’t pay her anything, so her next stop is the Playboy mansion, but the only problem is, you don’t ask to be in Playboy, Playboy will ask you.  A rep for the men’s magazine told Access, “This is the first we’ve heard of Vienna Girardi appearing on the cover of Playboy.  We are not in negotiations with her and have not made her an offer.”

So as of now, Playboy has not made an offer to Vienna, but she has a great body, and she is news right now, so I do have a feeling she will be offered a contract to expose all.

Jake Pavelka, on the other hand, has an offer to get naked for Playgirl magazine. Here is what a rep for the magazine had to say, “We’re determining the value of a shoot with Jake, who exemplifies our classic American guy at Playgirl. It’s obvious he likes the limelight, and I intuit that he looks good naked. Most people realize that reality show fame is fleeting and largely a dead end for the actors, so this is a way to extend that fame, and make a cute profit off of it.”

So far, Jake has not commented or agreed to get naked for the ladies’ magazine as he has been keeping busy.  After his stint on ‘Dancing With The Stars’, Jake has actually found more work to keep him busy.  He just shot a scene recently for Lifetime’s ‘Drop Dead Diva’.

What have you done Megan Fox?  You decided to go under the knife and now your face looks ridiculous.  When Megan showed up to the premier of her movie ‘Jonah Hex’, we noticed she no longer had that natural beauty we all loved about her.  Instead her face looked cold, uneven and ugly.

Though she hasn’t admitted it yet, it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to see the differences from when Megan first debut in Hollywood to what she looks like now.

Megan now joins the ever growing list of women in Hollywood who aren’t satisfied with their looks and felt the need to go under the knife, but the question we have to ask is why?

Why do Hollywood women feel compelled to make such drastic changes to their body? It is possible that directors and producers are asking these women to bring more to the table than what they are offering currently, or is it just the insecurities they have inside?

In Megan’s case, she has always had the classic beauty that most women would die for.  Her only flaw was the fact that she had toe thumbs.  Now Megan can add her new face to the list of growing flaws that she has. It is just a shame.

It was all a blur, Jennifer Hudson reveals now, but the brutal murder of her mom, brother and nephew was the last piece of news Jennifer ever expected to hear, as she was slowly building a name for herself.

In VH1’s behind the music, Jennifer gives details on how she got through that tough period in her life.  “For almost two weeks straight . . . [I was] inside one room with just family and friends coming in and out,” she says. “I prayed when I’d get up in the morning and prayed before I laid down at night,” Jennifer revealed.

Hudson barely addressed the murders until the 2009 Grammys, where she performed a poignant, moving rendition of “You Pulled Me Through.”

“I was definitely thinking of my family when I was singing that song,” she says. “I could hear my brother in my head, like, ‘Jennifer, you need to kill this, you need to get up and do it.’ I knew he would be disappointed if I didn’t do it justice.”

Today, “I feel like I’ve lived about three or four different lives,” she says, adding that her 11-month-old son David (with her fiancé David Otunga) has helped her heal.

She also revealed that her son David reminds her of her nephew that she lost on that unfortunate day. Little David, “reminds me of my nephew,” says Hudson, and he also helps her remember her mother. “In so many ways I channel her because she was such a great mom.  Little David makes me feel like the most special person on earth. I want him to get the same love and the same upbringing my mother gave us.”

Jennifer, your loss was unfortunate, but we are glad that you are healing and moving past the painful event.

We all know by now that Vienna Girardi is a wild woman when it comes to having fun.  Her no nonsense approach towards having fun is what made her win the heart of Jake Pavelka, but we doubt these pictures would have made him feel all warm and fuzzy inside.

Tmz got their hands on some Spring Break pictures prior to the Bachelor that shows Vienna getting her fill on some dude’s junk. Not only does she have her face all in the guy’s naughty place, she is also in a stripper’s stance with the splits.

It all went down in The Bahamas in March 2009 — mere months before Vienna met Jake — and according to sources, the guy who delivered the package was a total stranger.

It is possible that Vienna’s mom who worked as a stripper possibly taught her daughter some moves? And is it also possible that when the cameras weren’t rolling, Vienna was doing the same exact thing to Jake, and that was the real reason she won his heart? We really don’t know the answer to those questions, but we are sure Vienna did anything possible to win the show.

If she can face plant some stranger’s ‘ball sack’, we can only imagine the hospitality Vienna was throwing Jake’s way.  The only problem now is, the relationship didn’t last long as Vienna has been making claims that Jake wasn’t having sex with her and also insinuated that Jake might be batting for the other team.

There you go Jake, you wanted a freak and you got her, but don’t forget to stay classy Vienna, since nothing says “Wife Material” like a woman who does all the things you did on spring break.

If you are an avid reader of gossip magazines like Star or InTouch Weekly, there are usually some unsubstantiated stories about Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie. Sometimes they do make the stories more interesting by sprinkling a little bit of Jennifer Aniston on top.

Unlike those magazines, Vanity Fair actually sat down with the rather private Angelina Jolie and asked some of the questions; people have been dying to know.

Angie tells Vanity that her and Brad are not against getting married. “We are not against getting married,” Jolie revealed “it’s just like we already are. Children are clearly a commitment, a bigger commitment [than marriage]. It’s for life.”

She also reveals that she might be taking a page out of Amanda Bynes’ playbook and walk away from Hollywood.  “It’s not the most important thing in my life. Acting helped me as I was growing up. It helped me learn about myself, helped me travel, helped me understand life, express myself, all those wonderful things. So I’m very, very grateful, it’s a fun job. It’s a luxury. Look, I’m at work today in the middle of Venice. But I don’t think I’ll do it much longer.”

Angelina says this reassessment is mostly due to her family: “Because I have a happy home….I got back from work last night, and everybody was playing music and dancing and I suddenly found myself dancing around with a bunch of little fun crazy people.”

Angelina also went into details about the personality of her little bundles of joy.  “Mad’s a real intellectual, which I can take no credit for genetically. He’s great at school, great at history. He feels like he could be a writer or travel the world and learn about places and things. Zahara’s got an extraordinary voice and is just so elegant and well spoken. Shiloh’s hysterically funny, one of the goofiest, most playful people you’ll ever meet. Knox and Viv are classic boy and girl. She’s really female. And he’s really a little dude.”
