Possibly in an attempt to make some money or stay relevant, Lindsay Lohan is suing E-Trade for one of their baby commercials at this year’s Super Bowl.

There was an E-Trade Commercial, where a baby boy apologizes to his girlfriend via video chat for not calling her the night before. The suspicious girlfriend asks, “And that milkaholic Lindsay wasn’t over?”  “Lindsay?” the boy replies, just before a baby girl sticks her head into the frame and slurs, “Milk-a-what?”

Well, Lindsay is taking offense to the commercial because she says just like the names Madonna, Cher, or Oprah; she has coined the single name Lindsay.  LOL.  Sorry folks, I couldn’t write that without a chuckle.  Apart from being a drunken brat, Lindsay you have not accomplished anything to be known by a single name.

That notion has not stopped Lindsay, as she is suing for $100 Million.  She filed a lawsuit yesterday in Nassau County Supreme Court over the commercial.  Her lawyer Stephanie Ovadia said, “Many celebrities are known by one name only, and E-Trade is using that knowledge to profit.”  Her lawyer also added, “They’re using her name as a parody of her life. Why didn’t they use the name Susan? This is a subliminal message. Everybody’s talking about it and saying it’s Lindsay Lohan.”
