Possibly in an attempt to make some money or stay relevant, Lindsay Lohan is suing E-Trade for one of their baby commercials at this year’s Super Bowl.

There was an E-Trade Commercial, where a baby boy apologizes to his girlfriend via video chat for not calling her the night before.
