We taught the douche bag genes in Lindsay Lohan only came from her father Michael Lohan, apparently Lindsay’s mom Dina Lohan has the same douche bag genes too.

Lindsay Lohan was issued a Carvel “Black” Card which gave Lindsay free ice cream cake for 75 years.  The only problem is, Lindsay’s family uses the card more than she does, and the card was only issued to Lindsay.  So after 6 months of serious abuse by her mom and siblings, Carvel decided not to give out any more free cakes unless Lindsay was present.

Dina who had ordered a cake for her son Cody’s birthday was un-happy when she went to pick up her cake and she was denied.  But not only was Dina denied, Carvel also took their black card back, so she called the cops. We are sure Long Island cops had nothing better to do, than to drop everything to run to Dina’s side, but they did get the matter resolved.

Dina also released a statement later on saying,”Finally he gave up and gave me my card back. But he told me, ‘You can have the card, but you can’t have the cake!  It just shows how we [Lohans] get treated so much worse than regular people.”

Carvel also released a statement saying, “Unfortunately, the Lohan family has been abusing the card. While the card was issued in Lindsay’s name only, her extended family has repeatedly used the card without her present. At first, we graciously honored their requests while explaining that the Black Card was not a carte blanche for unlimited Carvel Ice Cream for the extended Lohan family and friends. After more than six months of numerous and large orders for ice cream, we finally had to cut off the card and take it back.”

We know Lindsay Lohan is a lost cause, but why are Dina and Michael Lohan allowing Lindsay to keep Ali out so late?  Hollywood might be the land of dreams when you land your dream job, but 16 year olds shouldn’t be out so late especially when their chaperon is Lindsay Lohan.

The young ladies were photographed leaving the Soho House at 12 am and then photographed at the Chateau Marmont at 1:20am.

Even with all the drama going on in Lindsay’s life, it seems she won’t be dropping the night life anytime soon, but Dina and Michael better watch out before Ali becomes a lost cause just like Lindsay.

It didn’t take long before Lindsay Lohan got in trouble again.  After the MTV movie awards her SCRAM bracelet went off.  After further investigation, it did show that alcohol was present and now a bench warrant has been issued for Lindsay Lohan.

Bail has been forfeited for the previous hearing.  The new bail has been set at $200,000.

There are 5 violations, according to the judge. Lindsay’s SCRAM bracelet generated a report to SCRAM officials sometime after the MTV Movie Awards Sunday night.

Sources revealed to TMZ that the SCRAM data shows evidence of alcohol.

This was not a shocker to us here at Celeb Tea, that Lindsay Lohan wasn’t ordered to spend time in jail.  Celebrities have always had a pass, regular folks don’t have, but Lindsay didn’t get away scuff free.  The judge in her case has ordered her to wear a SCRAM device.  So within 24 hours Lindsay Lohan will be fitted with an alcohol monitoring bracelet.

She also has to submit to random drug testing once a week and attend the remainder of her alcohol education classes at a rate of one per week.  Her lawyer argued that it will be difficult for Lohan — who showed up in over-sized sunglasses, her hair pulled back into a pony tail and a black blazer and white-collared shirt — to wear the bracelet.

“I’d like to make the court aware of a couple of things and an alternate suggestion. Miss Lohan has a number of upcoming photo shoots and well as [she'll be] continuing to film a movie in Texas,” Holley said. “The SCRAM device would interfere with all of that. Miss Lohan is not, however, getting out of being monitored. For that reason, our alternative suggestion is that she be randomly tested for drugs and alcohol.”

Replied Judge Revel, “She needs to submit to random drug testing here, not in Texas. [I want] no excuse for her to say it’s random [when it's not]… I’m afraid she’s going to have to delay [filming] for now.”

The judge was tough but not tough enough.  After Lindsay blew off her Friday court date to keep partying in France, she also showed up 10 minutes late to today’s court hearing.  So the real question is, was the judge too lenient on Lindsay?

The lack of an up-bringing is really starting to show its true colors in Lindsay Lohan.  We know the young actress is reckless, an avid drinker, and loves using recreational drugs.  Now Lindsay has learned a new bad habit, which is passing the buck on someone else.

When she does something wrong, it is always someone else’s fault and not her’s.  On Thursday a bench warrant was issued for Lindsay Lohan after she didn’t make it to her court hearing.  Her bail was set at $100,000.  But the amount has been paid, and as of now she is due in court on Monday. But one of the reasons Lindsay said she couldn’t catch a flight, was because her passport was stolen.

Almost like the dog ate my homework bit, but Lindsay is standing by those claims and she is accusing her father for the theft.  “I always said my father had someone do it,” the actress, 23, told UsMagazine.com via email Thursday afternoon.

Michael appeared at the hearing Thursday with his lawyer Lisa Bloom, who told Us Magazine, “She needs treatment, and jail is not going to help her.”

Bloom also denies that Michael had anything to do with Lindsay’s passport disappearing.

“Michael was working very hard behind the scenes to help her get home,” she told X17Online.com. “Lindsay is obviously very angry with Michael because he wanted her to go to rehab for several months. She’s lashing out at him. He came to LA very much hoping that Lindsay would be here.”

While all this is going on in the states, pictures of Lindsay partying have made it on TMZ. We are confused though, because we thought this was a woman trying her hardest to make it back to California.

For someone trying to piece their life and career together, you would think they would try to live behind the things or activity that cost their demises, but in Lindsay Lohan’s case, she is her own worst enemy.

She was at club 10ak, where she threw a drink at a model that was with New York Rangers player Aaron Voros.  Voros, his girlfriend, and Rangers teammate Sean Avery were seated at a prime table at club 10ak. Lindsay “wanted to be at their table near the DJ,” one of the Post’s multiple witnesses reports. LiLo didn’t want to sit with Voros, alleging he was her ex-boyfriend and she didn’t want him near her.

Voros denied knowing Lohan, pushing her over the edge to throw a drink into his model girlfriend’s face. Lohan demanded the entire table be moved out. Bouncers refused her and Lohan left shortly after.  “There was total drama for absolutely no reason,” a Post source said.

So where is JWoww or Snooki when you need them for a beat down, because it seems, if Lindsay isn’t fighting Sam, she is getting in trouble else where.  This girl/woman really has issues, and we are still wondering why she isn’t getting help.

On Friday, I finally saw Iron Man 2. One thing I noticed apart from how good the movie was, and how much money it has made so far, is the fact that, the 2 leading stars from the movie, Robert Downey JR. and Mickey Rourke, were two celebs that had to fight their own demons.  Robert never had a chance with his dad introducing him to drugs as a teen, while Mickey succumbed to the ways in Hollywood.  Both guys got their act together and now, they keep making great movies.  We hope one day Lindsay gets the message, hopefully before it is too late.

We just listened to Lindsay Lohan’s single, ” I Wanna Be Bad” and we do have to say, it was a pretty good song.  She is not great, but I would put her over J.Lo or even Miley Cyrus when they transitioned from movies to the music world.

We were thinking though after we heard the single, so is Lindsay back to dating men?  In the song, she talks about wanting to be bad, and having a one night stand.  She said, it’s not about you or me, just do what you do best “boy.”

If you haven’t heard, Lindsay Lohan is suing E-Trade for one of their baby commercials.  The commercial featured a “milkaholic” baby named Lindsay.  Lindsay Lohan took offense to the commercial because she said she has coined the name Lindsay, just like Cher, Madonna and Prince.  Lindsay is suing E-Trade for $100 Million.  Well E-Trade isn’t backing down, as the financial company took some heavy shots at Lindsay.

According to the New York Post, E-trade took some shots at Lindsay.

Lawyers for the financial firm filed hundreds of pages detailing Lohan’s drug abuse, brawls and DWI busts — including reams of profanity-laced Internet comments from detractors — all under the guise of proving she lives in Hollywood and not Long Island, where the case was filed.

Despite the catalog of bad behavior the papers chronicle, E-trade claims it’s not making the argument that she has already defamed herself far more than their commercial — which features a “milkaholic” baby named Lindsay — ever did.

Lohan is “a pot-stirring, lazy, irresponsible, disrespectful little drama queen,” the papers — filed in Nassau County Supreme Court — quote one on-line commenter as saying.

“Why does anyone want to know what this train wreck is doing?” another adds. “She is the classic child star. A little success (parents pushed her into the business) at a young age and then she thinks she’s the poo.”

“How can she pay her rent and pay for her coke?” yet another writes. “That sugarcane she’s sniffin’ doesn’t come cheap . . . “

The huge file of clippings is being used to advance the argument that Lohan is a Californian.

E-Trade is not, however, requesting a change of location to LA — they want the court fight to be switched to Manhattan, where E-Trade has its corporate headquarters.

Dina Lohan, the star’s mother, said the court papers are only going to help Lindsay’s $100 million lawsuit.

“This is the whole reason we are suing them — for demeaning Lindsay,” Dina Lohan said. “They are just proving how they operate — they play dirty.”

Lohan’s lawyer, Stephanie Ovadia, vowed to fight the motions to dismiss and to change the venue.

E-Trade lawyer Howard J. Rubin declined to comment on the case, but his papers claim that public records show Dina Lohan, not her daughter, owns the Merrick address given as Lindsay’s in the lawsuit.

In what seems like a role that will be a perfect fit,Lindsay Lohan is set to play Linda Lovelace, the porn star featured in 1972’s infamous ‘Deep Throat.’ Although the news feels like just another talking point tossed on the gossip pile, LiLo’s chum/photographer Tyler Shields is presenting the casting news as hard fact.

“Shields confirmed to us this weekend that the actress has indeed landed the gig,” E! Online reports.

The film is an independent venture titled ‘Inferno,’ rumored to be officially announced at Cannes Film Festival later this month.

Our gut reaction to the role — particularly after LiLo’s gun-in-mouth, blood-splattered photo shoot with Shields just last week — is that it has a certain scent of shock value. But in a recent (and oh-so-perfectly-timed) Pop-ed, one of our suggestions for Lohan to regain her career mojo was this: Shrug your shoulders and say, “Whaddya gonna do?” And isn’t that exactly what this role does for LiLo? She’s doing precisely what the tabloids expect her to do, and in the process, getting back on the silver screen and possibly flipping the gossipmongers on their heads.

Must be nice for Lindsay Lohan when everyone adds their extra 2 cents into whatever issue she might be dealing with.  The latest celeb to say Lindsay needs help is Rosie O’ Donnell.

“Lindsay Lohan needs a severe intervention,” she told Access Hollywood’s Tony Potts when he recently caught up with the always outspoken star on the set of the Lifetime original series “Drop Dead Diva.”

“She’s a kid from Exit 51 on Long Island… that’s exactly where I grew up,” she told Access. “There were like five people that were famous in the area where we grew up and she’s one of them, and it makes me very sad.”

Rosie, who is a mother of four, said she doesn’t understand why Dina Lohan doesn’t take control of her daughter’s life.

“Lindsay Lohan’s mother grew up one town over from where I did. I’m the same age as her mother,” she continued. “I look at Lindsay and think, ‘That could be my child.’ Literally. And all I want to do is help her and save her and I wonder why her mother does not.”

Well Rosie, the reason why her mom is in denial is because, she is scared to bite the hand that feeds her.   We wouldn’t be surprised if Lindsay gets to pick the men her mom dates or even her outfits.  Dina is so out of touch, that it is sickening.
