Late last year Michael Lohan was arrested because he violated the restraining order that forbid him from getting in-touch with Erin Muller, his ex.  Well Michael was arrested again. Tmz is reporting that according to Erin's attorney Bryan Konoski, Lindsay Lohan's father allegedly called Erin at work on January 21 -- a violation of Erin's restraining order against him.
